Leave frozen pizza dough on counter in the bag and let it rise while you head out to work
Preheat oven to 450 degrees while you change out of your work clothes
Dice onion and saute over medium heat in 2 tablespoons of olive oil (add mushrooms and chicken if you like). Saute until onions are translucent. Using olive oil to saute your foods will force you to keep the temperature on the lower side or it will begin to smoke and that's not good.
Take pizza dough and begin to knead in to a circle by hanging the dough and letting it drop in to shape. Take a cooking sheet with sides (as pictured above) and place a tablespoon of olive oil in the pan. Coat both sides of the dough with the oil.
Add teritaki sauce at the end of the sautéing and spread mixture on pizza dough.
Take pitted dates and open. Place dates in oil on baking sheet to light coat and place on pizza.
Bake in oven on top rack for approx. 15 minutes or until crust is light brown and hard.
Best health always!
